Welcome! My name is Lorna Bahn.

I call myself a Web Designer first and foremost, yet I have experience and passion in many areas of graphic design, marketing, print media, branding, typography, illustration, programming, and troubleshooting....Okay, I lied a little. I'm not passionate about troubleshooting, but I seem to have a knack for it.

I began studying illustration and graphic design in 2007 at Virginia Commonwealth University and started web design in 2010. Now that I'm out in the real world, I sit at my shiny computer all day long creating snazzy designs, marketing strategies, and websites for businesses big & small.

As a web designer, web developer, and graphic designer, I have the privilege of helping clients create unique and memorable experiences. I enjoy the entire creative process and strive to communicate clear messages that call users to action; I want to create things that help others succeed.

Referrals & Testimonials

“I had the privilege of working with Lorna for several years at Alton Lane. She is, of course, an extremely talented designer, but brings so much more to the table. From copywriting to UX design, layout, web development, email management etc, Lorna handled everything I gave her with a positive, can-do attitude. She pours herself into her work and her team, is incredibly thoughtful and almost always ‘overdelivers’ - I can’t recommend Lorna highly enough and hope to have the chance to work with her again in my career. Wherever she works, she will make that company better."

“Having the privilege to work with someone who is excellent at their job, who is someone you respect, and you enjoy spending time with is extremely rare. I experienced all three of these in spades with Lorna. Professionally, Lorna has never met a deadline she doesn't like, has a keen eye, a wide ranging skillset, and is always a team player. Personally, she's fun, energetic and loves anything Corgi related. I recommend Lorna without hesitation."

"Working with Lorna has been nothing short of a professional joy. She is incredibly talented in the design and web space, but also timely, solution-oriented, and always thinks out of the box. "Aside from being an undeniably talented designer and artist, Lorna is also a dedicated team-player, problem solver, and strategist. Whether Lorna was working with sales leadership to improve CRM, assisting the training team with onboarding new hires, or working directly with requests from the Showroom teams, she always delivered quick and measurable results. Lorna contributed to so many aspects of the business at Alton Lane. She’s reliable, positive, motivating, and a wonderful colleague."

"We at Biznuity have immensly enjoyed working with Lorna. Over the past couple of months, we engaged Lorna to revamp our website. She helped us simplify and clarify our messaging and marketing approach, with a special emphasis on delivery and interactivity on mobile devices. Lorna is one of those unique individuals who has the ability to blend creativity, professionalism and a strong work ethic into the achievement of a quality end-product. We hope to have the pleasure of working with Lorna again in the future."

"Lorna has an impeccable eye for design and brand. Her work with Velocity Micro put those skills on display. She easily conquered tasks both big and small with the ability to evaluate and execute tasks for our site on the micro level, as well as our entire marketing platform at the macro level. Even a gargantuan tasks like the complete redesign of our ecommerce site did not phase her."
